Polished helmets and a nice dependable cup

Today was another ideas day, as far as I was concerned. One of the most recurring pieces of feedback that we get at Phoenix regarding the videos and programmes is that people want to see more about the rules and how the game is played. This got me thinking that one on the video packages we could fairly easily put together would be a 'Guide To Hockey Equipment', whereby which we'd have an overview of all the bits of kit that get slapped onto a hockey player before a game. A look at the different sticks, the skates, the helmet, the padding, right down to the socks. It may also give us a chance to find out whether the expression "hairy-arsed defencemen" is based in fact....
