I'm very attached to my hair.
I've had long hair for over fifteen years now. Over a decade and a half of Timotei moments, being unable to see in high winds, and 'comedy comb-overs' when standing next to bald friends.
November 19th is Children In Need day.
I think you know what's coming next....

I'm in for a tenner. Out of sympathy - if there is one thing I wouldn't do for charity, it is cut my hair.
